During the week of February 13 to 17, the Faculty of Croatian Studies will host associate professor Atalay Gündüz from the partner university Dokuz Eylül from Izmir, Turkey.
Professor Gündüz got acquainted with the areas of teaching and research at the Faculty of Croatian Studies and shared some experiences from his teaching and research practice with his interlocutors. He is in Croatia conducting research as part of the "Turkish Translations of Edward Said's Translations and Its Impact" project.

Hrvatski studiji Sveučilišta u Zagrebu pokrenuti su i ustrojeni 16. studenoga 1992., isprva samo kao dvosemestralni Sveučilišni komparativni studij hrvatske filozofije i društva. Taj je program potom preoblikovan u program redovitog četverogodišnjeg studija.
