Stipica Grgić was born in 1982 in Lekenik, Croatia. After graduating from high school in 2001 he enrolled in University of Zagreb’s Faculty of Philosophy where he majored in History. Since 2008 Grgić works at the University of Zagreb’s University Centre for Croatian Studies. AIn 2014 he completed his doctoral thesis Administration in the Sava banovina (1929-1939): Between State Centralism and Subsidiarity.
