Adrijana Košćec-Đuknić, PhD, assisstant professor, had been working in the team at the Society for Psychological Assistance providing psychosocial assisstance to displaced persons and refugees. She had also been working as psychology teacher in high school, and psychology teacher in education of security guards. She collaborated on the project of development of the Croatian career guide. For many years she had been working at the Institute for Medical Research and Occupational Health, where her research interests mainly focused on the circadian rhythms, primarily sleep-wakefulness rhythm in the adolescent population. She was a cofounder of the company Točka promjene, where she had been delivering individual and group trainings and counseling in business setting, primarily focused on the occupational stress management. She completed postgraduate education in Gestalt psychotherapy and has been has been providing psychotherapy and individual counselling to adults. She has been teaching at the Department of Psychology of the Centre for Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb since 2002. She is a member of Croatian Psychological Chamber, Croatian Psychological Association, Association of Gestalt and Integrative Psychotherapist of Croatia and European Sleep Research Society. She is actively engaged in the activities of the Association of Psychotherapy Societies of Croatia and she practices Aikido.
