Eva Anđela Delale was born in Split in 1971. At University of Zagreb’s Faculty of Philosophy she earned MSc and PhD in 2009 in psychology. Starting her career in non-profit sector in 1995, since 1998 she has been research assistant and lecturer at the Zagreb University, Faculty of Law’s Department of Social Work. Since 2013 she is assistant professor at the Zagreb University, Centre for Croatian Studies, Department of Psychology. In 2003-2004 she gained professional and work-experience at the National Catholic School of Social Services at the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, USA, and volunteered at the Center for Multicultural Human Services. Through several perennial educations she was trained in the field of humanistic psychotherapy and counseling, posttraumatic recovery and teaching methods. She exhibited at numerous domestic and international conferences and published many articles in domestic and foreign scientific and professional publications. Throughout her career, she successfully integrates professional and scientific knowledge within psychology and other helping professions. Areas of interest: developmental psychology and parenting, work with groups, multiculturalism, cross-cultural psychology.
